Frequently Asked Questions

✨How many items do I need to send?
If you check in the description of your chosen keepsake, it will give you an indication on how many items to send. If the items are super small, I would suggest sending more. The amount in the description is based on 0-3 month items.

✨ What items can I send?
You can use baby grows, vests, leggings, t shirts, dresses, jumpers, blankets, muslins and more! I’ve Even used dogs items. Chunkier items such as knitwear are harder to use but if you want to include I can message you if I think it won’t go through my machine.

✨What happens to any unused items?
Anything I don’t use will be sent back with your order. If this significantly boosts up the return postage, you may be asked to pay the extra postage back.

✨How much of a say can I have?
When you make your order write and note of any of your favourite items or where you would like each print to go on your keepsake. And I will do my absolute best to stick to this. If the pattern placement isn’t right, I will let you know before hand. I will send you a rough idea of what I will put where and you can give me the go ahead or change things as you wish. If you would like the animal to be a certain colour, then make sure your items you send are in a colour scheme. Adding any plain fabrics really helps create a wonderful flow. But if you have a huge selection of colour, then your animal or blanket will be more colourful.

✨How is my item returned?
I send back your item via Royal Mail tracked and signed for. You will receive an email confirmation to say when your item is on its way with tracking information attached.

✨How long will it take?
I aim to get your order done within 4 weeks of receiving your items, although most will be sooner. The people who send their items first will be first on the list and so on, so the sooner you send the quicker I can work on your order. But that being said, there is no rush on your sending your items, I work at your pace and you are more than welcome to send whenever you like! Once you’ve placed your order, your slot is confirmed and I will work around you.
