How it works

✨ Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation with instructions on where to send your items.

✨Pick out your favourite items, package them with a note of any ideas you have, as well as your order number, name, and contact details. And then send in secure packaging using a tracked delivery service.

✨Once I’ve received your items I will send you a message to say they have arrived safely with me. I will next be in touch when I’m working on your order. Please allow up to 4 weeks turnaround time.

✨I work on one keepsake at a time so I will contact you when it’s your turn, then I will open full contact with you to discuss any wishes you have and any ideas I have and then will go ahead once your happy. I will keep you updated every step of the way!

✨Once completed I will send back to you using a tracked/signed for service. You will receive confirmation via email when it’s on its way.
